이 약관은 Spaced Out Games가 운영하는 Snowbrawl의 접근과 이용에 적용됩니다. 게임을 이용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
서비스 이용
- Snowbrawl은 개인적인 오락과 공정한 멀티플레이 경쟁 목적으로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 방해, 불공정 자동 플레이, 버그 악용, 서버 과부하 또는 다른 플레이어의 이용 방해를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 닉네임과 사용자 표시 콘텐츠는 모욕적·기만적·불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
게임 플레이, 점수와 서비스 제공
Snowbrawl은 로컬 플레이, 멀티플레이 방, 하이스코어, 오디오와 언어 설정 등 실시간 서비스 기능을 포함할 수 있습니다. 보안, 공정성, 유지보수 또는 서비스 무결성을 위해 점수를 검토·초기화·숨김·삭제할 수 있으며 기능은 변경·중단·종료될 수 있습니다.
광고와 수익화
광고 기능이 활성화된 경우 게임의 자연스러운 중단 지점에 전면 광고가 표시되거나, 사용자가 선택한 보상 기능에 보상형 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다. 광고의 제공 여부, 형식, 빈도와 개인 맞춤 여부는 지역, 기기, 동의 상태, 운영 설정과 광고 파트너 요건에 따라 달라집니다.
지식재산권
게임 플레이, 시각 요소, 인터페이스, 코드, 명칭과 관련 자료는 Spaced Out Games 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 복제, 재판매, 역설계 또는 상업적 이용 권한을 부여하지 않습니다.
면책과 책임 제한
Snowbrawl은 중단 없는 제공, 오류 없는 작동 또는 점수 보존을 보증하지 않는 온라인 게임 서비스입니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Spaced Out Games는 서비스 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수·특별·결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

These Terms govern access to and use of Snowbrawl, operated by Spaced Out Games. By playing Snowbrawl, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
- You may play Snowbrawl for personal entertainment and fair multiplayer competition.
- You must not disrupt the service, automate unfair play, exploit bugs, overload servers, or interfere with other players.
- Nicknames and user-visible content must not be abusive, misleading, unlawful, or infringe the rights of others.
Gameplay, Scores, and Availability
Snowbrawl may include local play, multiplayer rooms, highscores, audio and language preferences, and other live-service features. Scores may be reviewed, reset, hidden, or removed for security, fairness, maintenance, or service integrity. Features may change, pause, or end.
Advertising and Monetization
When advertising is enabled, full-screen ads may appear at natural gameplay breaks, and rewarded ads may be offered after a user chooses the related reward flow. Availability, format, frequency, and personalization vary by region, device, consent state, operational configuration, and advertising-partner requirements.
Intellectual Property
Snowbrawl, including its gameplay, visuals, interface, code, names, and related materials, is owned by Spaced Out Games or its licensors. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where allowed by law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Snowbrawl is provided as an online game service without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or preservation of scores. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaced Out Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
